We'll participate in a caca o ceremony followed by Reiki provided by Sharna and sound healing by Richa rd Grace. For over 5\,000 years\, people have consumed the fruit of the ca cao tree\, an excellent source of nutrients\, as well as an energetic hear t opener. When consumed intentionally\, cacao allows us to get more deeply in touch with our heart chakra and our capacity to heal through experienc ing unconditional love.\n\nDuring the first hour\, Reiki Master and Intuit ive Healer Sharna Langlais will discuss the properties and history of caca o\, as well as its uses and benefits. We'll also bless and connect with th e cacao plant through ceremony\, as we drink a light ceremonial dosage*. D uring the second hour\, you'll be invited to get comfortable\, while Sharn a provides Reiki to each participant along with crystal alchemy bowl sound healing by Richard Grace. Eventually he foun d yoga\, and since becoming a teacher of yoga\, has worked to incorporate his love of meditation\, music\, chanting\, and sound healing into his cla sses. He gives a variety of workshops that incorporate Alchemical Crystal Singing Bowls. Richard is passionate about working with other teachers\, a nd has taught for yoga teacher training programs in the areas of meditatio n\, chanting\, music sequencing\, and energetic body attunement through so und.\n\nBefore moving to the New Mexico\, Richard also operated a full-tim e piano teaching studio in Bellevue\, and is a long time church musician.
