 rs? This workshop delves into the origins of confidence\, and how we can a
 chieve it through working with our energy.\n In this 2-hour online worksh
 op\, we'll cover:\n\n\n	how the mind and body are connected to confidence\
 n	tools to work through wavering confidence before and during events/inter
 actions\n	how to align your energy body to create and maintain confidence 
 in your life\n	how to embody what it means to be empowered\n\n\n\n\n* Work
