We'll be touring beautifully crafted caves by expert artist Ra Paulette with a sound healin g experience\, touring lavender fields and discussing plant medicine\, fee ling energy in the Caldera geothermal sacred site as well as Manby Hotspri ngs and the Rio Grande\, and finally experiencing the Taos Pueblo Native American celebration of San Geronimo Day\, which is their celebration of  the Autumn Equinox. This special day includes traditional dances\, sacred "clowns\," foot races\, singing and drumming\, pole climbing and the oppor tunity to taste and purchase traditional pueblo food\, arts and crafts.\nT here are a limited number of spots available for this retreat\, and there has already been tremendous interest. You'll be picked up and taken to a local coffee shop or restaurant in Albuquerque\, and we will all travel via van to San ta Fe.\n Drop off to the Albuquerque airport on Monday will occur at 2pm. \n If you arrive or depart outside of these times\, you can arrange for s huttle transportation to and/or from the airport via Sandia Shuttle ($25 o ne way).\n If you are driving to New Mexico\, please let me know and I wi ll provide you with the arrival address.\n FOR THOSE TRAVELING FROM SAN D IEGO: There is typically a 4:30pm non-stop flight arriving at 7:15pm in Al buquerque on Southwest. Camping options are included below as well\, and you may also opt to provide your own food. Note that you'll ne ed to pack your own lunch for day activities.\n\n No lodging: the no lodg ing option is either for those who live in the area and will be going home to sleep\, those who may be staying with friends in the area\, those who are camping\, or those who choose to go in on their own accommodations wit h a group of friends.
