DESCRIPTION:Join Sharna Langlais\, Reiki Master &amp\; Intuitive Healer\, a
 nd Laura Rose Anderson\, vocalist and musician\, for a two-hour immersion
  into energy work and sound healing\, focusing on connecting to and openin
 g up the root chakra.\n\nIn February\, we will be in Aquarius season\, and
  Aquarius governs the root chakra. As we align ourselves with the astrolog
 y of this month\, we'll spend the first hour in guided energy healing inst
 ruction by Sharna. Sharna will be teaching new energy healing methods desi
 gned specifically to engage with and open the root chakra. During the seco
 nd hour\, Laura Rose will bathe us in the beauty of sound\, via voice and

 e derived from the heart. With over a decade of experience as a board cert
 ified music therapist\, and yoga teacher\, Laura Rose blends together mode
 rn psychology\, sensual embodiment\, and the path of Tantra to encourage o
 thers to live their authentic expression.  Sita released her debut album\
 , ’In Essence’  in May 2018. You can find her performing live at yoga
