In my view\, COVID-19 is about so much more than COVID-19\, and is an opportunity for extreme shift and transform ation across the planet. Many of us are feeling how much more is going on under the surface of this experience\, and the call by Mother Nature and b y our souls to transform ourselves and life as we know it. While we can ma intain a high vibration of trust through this process\, to say that it’s uncomfortable is an understatement! And the individual and collective gri ef and loss that is a byproduct of this type of transformation\, is an opp ortunity for us to heal at never-before experienced levels.\nAbout the Ser ies:\nThis free offering is a three-part series\, beginning with individua l healing. I am seeing that many of us are being pulled right into collect ive or even global healing and service\, which can easily take us outside of ourselves if we are not reminded to ground in our personal healing firs t. And so\, I would like to begin the series with an emphasis on grounding in our individual healing. When we ground first to the internal processes \, then our calling to help in our personal communities\, and eventually t he global collective\, is much more grounded and focused. We are able to s ort out what is “ours” vs. what is that of the collective\, and even t he ways we are called to help and connect become more focused\, more disti lled and more powerful.\n\nWe will come together for an hour of work toget her\, focusing in Part 1 on the Individual\, in Part 2 on Community in its regional forms and in Part 3 on Global healing. The series is free of cha rge\, and open to anyone who wishes to participate. I am unsure yet whethe r or not I will record it for later viewing.
