Santa Fe! Join me and Anjali Paige a at Santa Fe Community Yoga Center for a Deep Release Yoga Class combined with Reiki on Wednesday, 5/25/16 from 5:30-6:45pm.
Drop in class is $12 or use your membership or class pass. Anjali will lead us in yoga asanas that are designed to promote release of deeply held tension and stress within the body, and I’ll be offering Reiki to help ease the release and provide supportive healing energy.

With an emphasis on multiple healing modalities, I work with you to find the modalities that most resonate with you and your journey.
