My nephew and sister came to visit me in Santa Fe for my birthday weekend!

My nephew has loved my drum since I brought it home with me from Taos Pueblo last year. He was saying “drum” the whole way to my office and it was the sweetest reunion.

He also took all my animal totems from my reception area altar and arranged them on top of the drum. This lil guy knows what he’s doing! Sound and imagery has so much power – our little ones know it intuitively.

When we can remember to connect with our imagination and play like they do, we immediately re-awaken our intuitive nature and abilities.
