Join Helen Cloots of Floating Yoga School and Sharna Langlais of Seek Spark Shine for a 75 minute yoga and Reiki class at Santa Fe Community Yoga. All levels welcome, no experience needed.
We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow, followed by longer, deeper stretches accompanied by Reiki healing touch.
Donations go to Yoga in Schools (YiS) program. YiS trains and pays yoga instructors to teach in local public and private schools with a special curriculum of yoga designed to address the particular stresses of being in school. SantaFeCommunityYoga.org/Projects

Seek Spark Shine is designed to provide you with the tools, information and skills you need to find your unique healing path, and follow it towards brilliance. With an emphasis on multiple healing modalities, I work with you to find the modalities that most resonate with you and your journey. My aim is to help you experience healing during our sessions and also learn how to replicate and create this for yourself in your life on an ongoing basis.
