Throwing back to my recent trip to Sedona. I had so many beautiful, synchronistic experiences there and one was as I was walking back down from the Boynton Canyon vortex.
A man who was walking up stopped me and said “can I give you something?” I said, “of course!” and he pulled this red rock heart out of his pocket. He told me he makes them and gives them out to people on the trail, and then stands at the top of the rock on the canyon looking at the kachina rock and plays his flute, sending Reiki out to help heal our planet and people.
What was even more amazing is that just that morning I’d been thinking about what I could bring back with me from Sedona for two baby blessings I was doing in Phoenix, both Virgo babies with fire rising and moon signs! I’d thought about bringing some red rock back but am always very careful about taking any bits of nature away from a place, and so thought to myself “l’ll just wait and see if nature gifts it to me.” I laughed that I received it as an actual gift, and the man picked out two smaller hearts for each of the babies.
It’s so amazing who shows up for us on our path when we’re open, we ask for it and we’re willing to embrace experiences as they unfold. Sending you all some red rock heart love. ️
